3 ENGLISH AND TRANSLITERATION
When publishing an article, some or all of the information must be duplicated into English or transliterated (written in Latin letters). We recommend using the BSI standard (British Standard Institute, UK) for transliteration. To transliterate the text in accordance with the BSI standard, you can use the link http://ru.translit.ru/?account=bsi.

4 TABLES
They should be placed in the text of the article, they should have a numbered title and clearly marked columns, convenient and understandable for reading. These tables should correspond to the numbers in the text, but should not duplicate the information provided in it. References to tables in the text are required.
4.1 each table in the text together with the numbered title should be cited twice — in the Russian and English versions. First, you should provide the Russian version of the numbered title and table. Immediately after them should be placed the English version of the numbered title and table, with the title number and data in the table (but not the text!) must match. When creating an English — language version of the table and title, do not use transliteration-you must give a full translation into English. The text of the English version of the table title may not exactly match the text of the Russian version, especially in cases where it is advisable to provide additional explanations to the table content in the title.

5 Figures
The amount of Figures should be minimal (except for works where it is justified by the nature of the research). Each Figure should be accompanied by a numbered caption. References to figures in the text are required.
5.1 the Numbered caption should be given twice — in Russian and English. Both captions should be placed directly below the image. the English version of the caption should be placed immediately after the Russian version. A caption in English may, if necessary, contain a more detailed explanation of the illustrated data than a Russian-language caption.
5.2 If there is text on the image (for example, in the case of text diagrams), in addition to the original drawing, a copy of it should be inserted in the manuscript, containing the English version of the entire Russian text. If the image has few text elements (for example, only units of measurement and captions of the graph axes), you can not make an English copy of it, but duplicate the English text directly on the original image.
5.3 Illustrations (graphs, diagrams, diagrams, drawings) drawn using MS Office tools must be contrasting and clear. Illustrations must be made in a separate file and saved as an image (in *format.jpeg,*.bmp,*.gif), and then placed in the manuscript file as a fixed drawing. It is not allowed to apply any elements using MS WORD on top of the picture inserted in the manuscript file (arrows, captions) due to the high risk of their loss at the stages of editing and layout.
5.4 Photos, screen prints (screenshots) and other unsigned illustrations must not only be inserted into the text of the manuscript, but also uploaded separately in a special section of the form for submitting the article in the form of files in the format *.jpeg,*.bmp,*.gif (*.doc, and *.docx — if additional marks are applied to the image). The image resolution must be >300 dpi. Image files must have a name corresponding to the number of the image in the text. The file description should contain a separate caption that should correspond to the name of the photo placed in the text
(example: Fig. 1. Petrov). Where Petrov is first author.
5.5 If the manuscript contains drawings previously published in other publications (even if their elements are translated from a foreign language into Russian), the author must provide the editor with the permission of the copyright holder to publish this image in another journal (with the correct indication of the corresponding journal), otherwise it will be considered plagiarism.

6 ABBREVIATIONS
6.1 all abbreviations and symbols used must be deciphered in the notes.
6.2 abbreviations and abbreviations should not be used in the title of the article or in the abstract.

7 COMPLIANCE WITH ETHICAL STANDARDS
To publish the results of experimental studies involving people, it is necessary to indicate whether the study participants signed informed consent. In the case of experimental studies involving animals – whether the research Protocol was in accordance with the ethical principles and norms for conducting biomedical research involving animals. In both cases, you must indicate whether the study Protocol was approved by the ethics Committee (including the name of the relevant organization, its location, Protocol number, and date of the Committee meeting).
